Where is Elysian Gardens located?

We’re tucked right in the heart of Avondale at 101 41st St S, Birmingham, AL 35222. If you’re having trouble finding us, look for the big murals and sculptures — we’re Birmingham’s backyard bar and music garden.

What are your hours?

We’re open:

Wednesday to Thursday: 4 PM – 10 PM
Friday: 4 PM – Midnight
Saturday: 1 PM – Midnight
Sunday: 1 PM – 9 PM
(Closed Monday & Tuesday unless otherwise noted for private events or shows.)

Is there parking?

Yes! We’ve got plenty of parking available right in front of and next to the venue.

Do you serve food?

We don’t currently have a permanent food vendor, but we often host food trucks and restaurant pop-ups. Check our social media for the latest schedule, or feel free to bring in your own food.

Can I bring outside drinks?

No outside alcohol is allowed. We’ve got you covered with a full bar, craft beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

Is Elysian Gardens family-friendly?

Yes! Kids are welcome with parents until 8 PM. After that, the vibe shifts to 21+.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely — leashed, friendly pups are always welcome on the patio. Please make sure they’re comfortable in a lively environment.

What if it rains?

The show goes on rain or shine. We’ve got covered patio areas and indoor space to keep the party going.

Do you allow private events?

What’s the capacity?

Our indoor space holds 200 guests cocktail-style or 135 seated. Outdoor capacity varies by event.

Do you sell tickets online?

Some shows are ticketed in advance through Eventbrite, while others are pay-at-the-door. Always check the event listing on our website or social media for details.

Do you allow re-entry?

Yes, as long as you keep your wristband or proof of entry.
